AB Nynäshamnsbostäder is a wholly-owned municipal housing company that owns and manages 2477 rental apartments and 10,000 square meters of commercial premises in Nynäshamn, Ösmo, Stora Vika, and Sorunda. About the position
In the role of area manager/property manager, you will be responsible for assigned properties and be the face to tenants for a secure and well-functioning living environment. You will be responsible for receiving and handling maintenance requests, troubleshooting, performing minor repairs, and inspections. As an area manager, you will be part of a team led by a property manager, where you will participate in developing budgets for the properties and ensuring that the properties' finances develop according to goals and plans. You will work from our office at Lövlundsvägen 8A in Nynäshamn.
Your daily tasks include, among others:
- Handling service and maintenance requests from tenants
- Troubleshooting minor technical issues and repairs
- Conducting rounds and inspections of common areas
- Budget responsibility
- Daily contact with residents, contractors, and suppliers
- Inspections during move-in and move-out
Are you the one we are looking for?
You are customer-focused and have a good ability to build relationships with both your colleagues and tenants. You work proactively and efficiently and have strong prioritization skills. You approach people with understanding and have an open and clear attitude.
We are looking for someone who has:
- Several years of experience working in a similar role, preferably with residential properties
- Experience in troubleshooting and performing minor adjustments and repairs
- Experience with budgeting and financial follow-up
- Good experience in service and customer contact
- Strong IT skills – you are accustomed to using mobile apps and case management systems
- Good communication skills in both Swedish and English. Other language skills are a plus
- Driving license B
